PROCESS STEPS
01 PROJECT
Our technical office is at your full disposal to carry out the feasibility study of the desired products..
02 TOOLS DEVELOPMENT
Each tool is designed and developed according to your specific needs.
03 BAR CUTTING
The brass bar is cut into pieces.
04 HOT FORGING
The project is taking shape. Thanks to our automatic presses from 200 to 400 tons, we can supply both solid and hollow pressed parts, weight ranging from 50 g to 4 Kg
05 DEBURRING PROCESS
The parts are deburred with our deburring machines with spinning table.
06 SURFACE TREATMENT
This is the final step of our production process. The surface of the parts is treated by our blasting machines.
07 DELIVERY
The delivery service is included!
